友人と日帰りで青森へ。
帰りの新幹線の時間が迫っていたこともあり、
駅周辺のお寿司屋さんを探し、こちらのお店へ。
カウンター席を勧められたが、板前さんの目の前は緊張するのでテーブル席へ。
回転寿司のようなタッチパネルでオーダーする
システムにちょっと驚き。
お寿司としじみ汁(通常のお味噌汁からプラス250円で変更)のセットと、活ホタテの貝焼き味噌を注文。
穴子は丁度よい甘さのたれでふわふわ、ほたても厚みがあってとてもやわらか。どのお寿司も美味しくいただき
大満足。
