なかなか良い雰囲気♪
人気のスペイン料理のお店
いかにも気軽に料理をつまんで、ワインをいただくという雰囲気が人気のようですね
席について、何かグラスワインをと思ったのですが、
本日はデキャンタ白を、お願いすることに
と、まず最初にお通しの「ひよこ豆と挽肉のチリソース」
これがなんとも美味しい！！
思わずバケットをおかわりです
そしてお願いしたのが「トマト3種盛り」と
「アスパラのグリエールチーズソース」
トマトをつまんで、ワインを味わい、
温かなアスパラで、お腹を満たす。
アスパラのチーズソースも、マッシュされたポテトが絡んでボリュームも有ります。
そして「エビとマッシュルームのアヒージョ」
アヒージョは外せないメニューですよね
ニンニクの香りが、ますます食をそそります。
当然バケットもおかわりしてソースもしっかりいただきました
そしておススメの「ヤリイカのプランチャ」もお願いし、
ワインもデキャンタの赤を追加
街も白く成り、すっかり冬景色と成った青森で
ほっこり美味しくワインとお料理をいただくことができました
ごちそうさまでした

この日は「サラダ」がマストのシバリで、久々にバルhachiさんに伺ってみることに
まずは、シャンパンでカンパーイ
津軽ビードロのグラスに、シャンパンがもっきりで注がれます
お通しは、チリビーンズ
もちろんサラダをお願いし、トリフ香るマッシュポテトもお願い
知人によると、このマッシュ感が絶妙だそうです
レバーペーストもお願いし、ワインがすすむ
ワインと言えばという事で、海老とマッシュルームのアヒージョもいただく
オイルのガーリック感をバケットでたっぷり楽しみ、
竜泉洞黒豚の厚切りローストは、とっても肉肉しくて美味しい
タコとジャガイモのトマト煮込みも、絶妙に美味しい
全体に何だか以前よりクオリティーが上がってない？
仕上げにピザ（ゴルゴンゾーラ）もいただいて
ごちそうさまでした
