2013年9月。
青森駅前で好アクセス、食べログの評価もよかったので、行ってみました。
休みの日の晩御飯の時間。
郷土料理のお食事処は満席。
待っていたら、お店の方が気をきかして下さり、2階の居酒屋へ案内してくださいました。
居酒屋でも食事処と同じ料理が頂けるとのこと。
ホタテフライもおいしそうでしたが、ホタテあんかけ塩焼きそばを注文。
700円くらい。
焼きそばは普通でしたが、大きめホタテが2つ入っていました。あんにもホタテのダシが出てるのかも。
次回来ることがあれば、ホタテフライにしてみたいと思います。
