青森駅近くにあるお店です。1Fは食堂ですが、こちらはかなり以前に行っています。
で、2Fは居酒屋になっています。
生酒 じょっぱり 生貯蔵(670円)
青森県の地酒から選んだのがこちら。すっきりとした辛口のお酒です。これを飲みながら刺身の到着待ち。
ほたてひも刺身(300円)
ほたての貝柱と違って、ひもの部分は焼ホタテについている、または干したもので目にすることが多く、刺身としてはあまり見かけません。この量と値段。ひもは貝柱に比べて固めだけど、青森ならではの帆立を楽しんでいる感じがします。
天然ひらめ刺身(450円)
厚みもあるし、これで450円は安い。新鮮な魚を楽しめるのも旅の楽しみの１つ。
サーモンかま焼(270円)
こちらは思ったよりは小さ目でした。
駒泉 作田 特別純米酒(520円)
1合追加。これは七戸町の盛庄酒造のお酒。中辛の純米酒。
するめいか刺(270円)
切れ目が縦横両方に入っています。そうめんぽく刻まれていて、いかの刺身としては上出来。
全体的に価格は安いと感じます。それでこのクオリティ。
旅先の居酒屋でこれくらいの価格で飲めるのはうれしいですね。
