豚骨スープは大変な時間と手間と燃料が必要なスープです 青森めんくいやは、青森で仕入れた材料を青森で仕込んでいます 北国の気候に合った仕込み方がエルムでの経験で体験できました 先代から60年の経験が詰まった豚骨ラーメンをぜひ食べてみてください めんくいやの豚骨ラーメンは『アッサリしているが、コクがあって美味しい』を目指して取り組んでます 青森のお客様よろしくお願いいたします |
業者とのランチで伺いました。九州の料理を提供しているお店でお昼からもつ鍋も食べれるようです。シンプルなとんこつラーメンをオーダー。まぁ青森でこのクオリティならとりあえず及第点ですかね。
