初めての訪問 2018年6月24日
さとやさんのご主人に教わった通り行くと2,3分でラーメン屋さんがある。
日曜日の9時ごろになると人通りも少なく、薄暗い通りに煌々と火をともしている。
中に入るとカウンター席は満員の様子だが、奥に入ってくれと言われる。
奥の小上がりの座敷に座る。
カウンターは若い人たちが飲み会のようでにぎわっている。
メニューを見ると、酢とラー油の効いたスーラータンメン（690円）が売りのようだ。
これと半チャーハン（250円）のセットを頼む。
家内はお腹いっぱいで私だけの注文となった。
10分ぐらいしてスーラータンメンが届く。
丼の半分ぐらいが卵とじ状態で、三分の一に赤いラー油が浮かんでいる。
熱そうで多少たじろぐ。
恐る恐るスープを飲む。
酢はそれほど効いておらず少し酸っぱいかなという感じで後からラー油の辛みが効いてくる。
なかなかうまい。
麺は中太ストレート麺で、とろみのあるスープと卵とじ部分が絡んで食べごたえがある。
酢とラー油のハーモニーが満腹に近いお腹の食欲をそそる。
半チャーハンはラーメンに負けないほど味が濃く、これまた食が進む。
初めての青森の夜はスーラータンメンで終了となった。
