ここでは県内産ブランド牛の倉石牛や新鮮な青森の海産物を頂くことができ、メニューはその日の仕入れによって毎日変わるとのことです。
(私が行った際は、お通しでホタテ焼きが出てきており、お通しからでも新鮮甘味のある海鮮を頂けました)
地酒も一升飲み切りで東北各地の名酒が揃っており、品揃え味も幅広く楽しめます。
