JR青森駅東口の正面の道を少し歩き、交差する県庁通りを越えた左側にこの店はある。
入口には本日の蕎麦は北海道産のキタワセと書かれた看板が出ていた。
店内は右が一人用カウンター、左が椅子席、奥が調理場になっている。
おろしそばを注文した。
蕎麦は極細にもかかわらず、腰があり、エッジが立っている。
切りむらや端切れは目立たない。
蕎麦の味と香りはあるが十分とは言えない。
ぶっかけの汁は良くできている。
蕎麦湯は釜湯で風味は十分だ。
青森駅の繁華街の一角にある蕎麦屋で、内装は瀟洒で、接遇も良い。
キタワセもこの時期にしては悪くない感じの雰囲気のある蕎麦屋さんだ。
