I ate the famous red kara nabe. There are numbers 1 to 10, with 10 being the hardest. Even at number 10, the spiciness is about the same as Asari's green onion ramen, number 3. The unique sweet and salty taste is addictive. The grilled dishes are famous for their seseri-yaki and chicken skin, but they also have regular Yakiniku (Grilled meat) menus.
