JR青森を起点に伸びる目抜通り。その新町商店街にある町中華のお店。広東料理店ながら旨辛の麺料理が人気との事で、お初の訪店です。
まずはハイボールで喉を潤おし、餃子と海老と玉子のふわふわ炒めをアテに２杯目ハイボールを呑る。
