この日は青森市に宿泊。
宿泊したスーパーホテルと
提携している飲食店で使えるクーポンと
青森県おでかけクーポンがもらえる
プランでした。
この両方を使える店を調べて
青森市の繁華街を彷徨いましたが、
どこも満席で入れず。
客足が戻ってきているのを実感。
5店めだったろうか…
ようやく入ることができたお店が
湯酒屋 八九郎でした。
店内はカウンターのみ。
目の前には炭火焼き用の網が。
（なお、お肉等を注文しても
焼くのはセルフ）
そのほか、
視界に飛び込んできたのは
『白神生ハム』の原木。
大館の廃校舎を活用し
育てられている白神生ハム…を
青森で見ることになるとは！
実は食べたことがなかったので注文。
これはチーズに合いそう。
というか、このハム自体から
チーズのような熟成された風味を
感じましたね〜
その他、しめさば、唐揚げ、牛ハラミを
注文。どれも美味しかったです♪
日本酒は青森の地酒・田酒と、
タクシードライバーという名の
お酒をいただきました。
（製造は岩手県北上市の喜久盛酒造）
こちらも美味しかったです♪
