一時札幌に住んでいたことがあるため、どうしてもスープカレー食べたい欲がたまに出ます。しかし、青森県内にはそもそもスープカレーを提供しているお店が数えるほどしかありません。
弘前の某人気店は私の口には合わず、札幌懐かしいなぁ…と思う日々でした。
そんな時に地元の情報番組でこちらのお店のメニューにあることを知りました。本番ネパールカレーだけではなく、札幌のお店で修行したこともある方とのこと。期待大です。
注文したのは、
チキンベジタブルカレー（中辛）1080円
プレーンラッシー 250円
待つこと約１０分。店内が寒いせいもありますが、湯気がもくもくの状態で届きました。器はラーメン丼くらいのサイズ、結構な量です。
具材は大きなチキンの他、カボチャ、人参、じゃがいも、蓮根、ピーマン、いんげん、ブロッコリー、アスパラガス、茹で卵とめちゃボリューミー。
スープのコクはあっさりめ。仕上げに振りかけてあるスパイスはオレガノでしょうか。全体のスパイスはそんなにキツくないのに、これだけやや多すぎる印象。
個人的にはご飯が少なめにできれば嬉しいです。
