休日のちょうど12時頃に来店。
店内は横に長い構成でカウンターのみ8＋9＝17席。
私が座った窓側（駐車場側）は窓からの冷気が寒くて上着が脱げませんでした。
なので寒がりな人は道路側に座りたいと店員さんに言った方が良いですね。
券売機は通常ラーメンが1番上に来る物だが、
珍しくごはん物の熟成豚丼480円がトップに来て
その下に全部載せラーメン1380円といった構成。
私は普通のラーメンでいいやと思ったが80円高い手もみ麺にしてみた。

店舗裏に専用11台有り。
◼️焼き煮干しラーメン（手もみ麺）880円
スープ
濃厚で複雑な出汁を感じさせるが塩気はそんなに強くない。
丸鶏と魚系の出汁との事で変な化調の甘さが無くて良いね。
煮干しは控えめなので正直これ煮干しラーメン？と思ってしまった。
麺
普通の麺より80円高い手もみ麺を選択。
自家製麺らしい全粒粉入りの加水率高めで平打ちに近い中太麺。
表面柔らかく中心に向かってコシが増す麺は、
ツルツルでモチモチの謳い文句通りで美味い。
チャーシュー
サクサクな食感のチャーシューで自分の好みとは違った。
低温調理だがしっかり芯まで火は入っている。
【総評】
スープは平均より少し上と言った感じだが、
麺がかなり美味しいので次回はつけ麺もアリかなと思う。
