平日の19:30頃に来店。
昨日の『すし居酒屋 樽』さんの1軒先のお店です。
店内はカウンター立ち飲みのみの構成で、
8名ほどで満席になる感じです。
中年女性の女将さんがワンオペで営業しているので、
注文をするタイミングが難しいですね。
※会計は現金都度払いのキャッシュオン式なので小銭と1000円札を事前に用意!

普通にうまいが泡が直ぐに消えてしまう。

安い!でも泡は直ぐに消えてしまう。
店のコンセプト的にこれがベストと考える。

濃厚クリーミーなもつは臭みないね。

にしん、つぶ貝、塩辛
つぶ貝のクニュとした食感がいいね！
この店としてはお高めの価格設定。
◼️おでん（一本100円～250円）
だいこんの迫力が凄い!
味としては染みているネタと染みていないネタが極端なので、
当たりはずれがある。
◼️アジフライ100円
揚げ物全品100円という安さ。
味は普通だがCPは良い。
【総評】
女将さん悪い人では無いのですがかなりの毒舌なのでけっこう聞いていて驚いてしまう。
また酔っぱらっていると判断した客は退店して貰いますと張り紙されていますので、
実際隣で飲んでいた年配男性は退店を促されていました。
地元の方に交じって飲むのやクセの強い女将さんに抵抗が無ければよいお店です。
私はまた来たいと思い数日後にリピートしようとしたら、
満席で入れなかったので人気のほどをうかがわせますね。
