正月期間からは少し時期を外して青森への旅行。
以前『次世代ラーメン決定戦』で優勝してカップ麺にもなった事がある実力店『一翔』さんを訪問した。
担々麺系を中心としたレギュラーメニューも豊富だが、限定麺も同時に何種類も提供していてその引き出しの多さには感服する。
頂いたのは『虹龍』という正月限定のメニューで多分今年の干支である｢龍｣に因んだものと思われる。
あとランチタイムはたったの80円でミニ丼を付けられるのでチャーシュー丼も頼んだ。
白いキクラゲや生ハムサーモンをあしらった麺顔は華やかで彩り鮮やかな正に｢虹龍｣という感じの逸品。
スープはかなり濃厚で麺が黒く染まる程の大量の黒胡麻が贅沢に使用されている。
チャーシューが筒状に巻かれているのだが、そうする事で普通のチャーシューとは全く違う食感になる。
ラーメンの具材として初めて見る生ハムサーモンや白キクラゲなど珍しい食材や技法が数多く見られて凄く新鮮だった。
こちらのお店は現在食べログ評価が3.12とそれ程高くはないのだが、ラーメンは旨いし接客も超丁寧だしもっと高く評価されるべきお店だと思う。
