青森市役所の裏手にひっそりありました。
古い建物ですがとてもキレイにされてますね。
今回はこってりラーメン700円、
チャーシュー200円をトッピングしました。
ランチタイムはご飯も無料のようです。
ほどなく着丼、ラーメンもキレイですね。
こってりはニボニボに
ほどよいコラーゲン感、
スープの塩分や温度もイイですねぇ。
プリプリの中太麺に
バラ肉チャーシュー、
少し甘めのシナチクもバランスがいいです。
小さなお店ですが、
キレイで一生懸命な感じが美味さにプラスしています。
なかなかイイお店ですね！
