青森県青森市、市役所の近くにあるラーメン屋さん。珍しい煮干のカレーラーメンがあるようなので訪問してみました。
注文は煮干カレーオロチョンラーメン。オロチョンの響きに心惹かれます。
店員さんはすごく親切丁寧、服が汚れないように～ってタオル渡してくれました。
オロチョンラーメン、麺は中太で持ちあげた感じだと固いのかなぁと思ったけど、食べるともっちりやわらか、加水も高めな感じでカン水っぽさはなく青森でよく感じる中華というよりはうどんよりの味わい。
スープは煮干のざらざら感があって強烈な煮干の風味、カレーの風味はけっこうスパイシー、でも思ってたのとは少し違ってイメージ的にはカレー南蛮うどんって感じ。オロチョンって割にはあまり辛くないのがちょっと物足りないかな～。
でもスープが美味しいから飲みたいのだけれど、濃すぎて全然飲めない(>_<)
割りスープがあるとよいのになぁと思う。
あと思ったのは、バターがあったらとても相性良さそう。
カレー南蛮風の煮干ラーメン、他では食べられない組み合わせで美味しかったです。
普通の煮干ラーメンも食べてみたいけど、なんだかんだまた次もこれ頼んじゃうんだろうなぁ。
