平日12時頃に訪問、訪問時の評価は3.32。
青森最後の食事になると思われる。気になってたお店、全部回れなかったなぁ〜。
このラーメン屋さんは、市役所裏にあり、ランチタイムはお客で混み合う。
店内は狭めです。空いていた席へ座る。
床には荷物置きがありますが、私の荷物が大きくて入らず、床直置きにしていたところ、他の席近くにあった椅子の上に置く様案内されました。助かる。
以下、注文したもの。
◇煮干中華そば こってり(税込¥700)
10分ほどで着丼。ライスは、サービスで選択可。
鶏ガラと煮干しのスープ。煮干しが苦手な私でも食べられましたが、それでも煮干し風味が強い。
細麺なイメージがある煮干しラーメンですが、青森では色々な麺で食べられているイメージ。
このお店は、通常でもちもちとした弾力がある中太ストレート麺。麺の種類により、異なる麺へ変更可能です。
個人的には、チャーシューが凄くおいしかった。これなら、増しもありだな。
ライスも相まってお腹いっぱい。帰りに、飴ちゃんいただきました。
それにしても、煮干しラーメン食べた後の匂いは、二郎より凄いのでは。
