青森でよく訪れております某日本酒メインのお店の方がインスタで此方の写真をあげられておりまして。その串の見た目から間違い無いと感じまして、その写真を見たその日に訪問してまいりました。
予約せずに伺いましたが、無事カウンター席を確保。
そうしますと、目の前に現れたのは
「ノーフォト」
の文字。あら。写真撮影出来ないのですね…
食いしん坊である小生にとって、これは残念ながら非常にテンションが下がりました。
ただし。供される鶏は、これまで青森市内で頂いてきた中ではNo.1。鶏の旨味・焼き方。これは間違い無く旨い！注文の仕方も独特でお任せで何本食べたいかをお伝えするスタイル。少なくとも小生はこのスタイルは初めてです。
写真が撮れなかった事と、個人的にはレバーのみタレでいただきましたが、このタレがそこまでインパクトが無く…まだ自分自身が此方のお店の仕組みに適応しきれてないからだと思いますが、タレが自分にははまりませんでした。
ただし、鶏の旨さは間違い無し。これから通う事が確定した銘店です。
