青森出張一軒目は地元の人をお勧めしてもらったこちら「竹門天」さんへ。
土地勘のない我々はお店の場所が見つけられずまるっと一周してしまいました。
洒落た入り口ですねー。ワクワクします。
中に入ってみると内装もとても洒落た感じで落ち着いており素敵なお店の予感がしますね。
お任せで串を5本ほど注文。
テンポよく焼き鳥がいただけます。
なかなか渋めな大将が焼く焼き鳥はとても上手に焼けていてつくねは網脂が巻いてあってこせいてきな感じでした。
器も地元の焼物「金山焼」を使っており、とても趣がありましたね。
