バルCOCOから派生したお店と聞き、伺ってみました。
お店に入ると、元気な声に迎えられ、席へ
まずは白身魚と葱のかき揚げが付き出しで
ビールもいただきながらメニューを眺め、お願いしたのは
焼きはまぐり
桑名産ではありませんが、潮の香りがいいですね
そして青森の冬と言えば鱈！
なので、白子の天ぷらも
とろ〜りとした舌触りと、濃厚でミルキーな味わいが堪らない♪
お店のおススメとある里芋まんじゅうは、
餡にからんだワカメとともにいただいて、
いいあんばいの味わい
サービスでいただいた真イカは生姜でプリプリ
牛のたたきサラダも、牛の旨みを楽しみながら
サラダと共にさっぱりといただきました
そして最後は茄子の梅煮だったかな？
こちらも梅の酸味がほんのり効いた優しい味わい
でも、悪くは無いのですが、バルCOCOのような感動は・・
食事メニューは、どちらかというと「おばんざい」がウリ？
今回は、お正月だったので、仕入れに限りがあったのかも？
