「長尾中華そば」の系列店舗 |
ＪＲ青森駅東口から徒歩すぐのところにあります。
お店に入ると立ち喰いカウンター席のみで４、５人ぐらい入れます。
食券制で津軽そばを購入、お店の方に渡します。
ほどなくして、津軽そばが運ばれてきました。
具は、ネギだけとシンプルです。
蕎麦は、細くて柔らかいです。
出汁は、煮干しです。
あっさりとした煮干しの味わいがあります。
麺は、ちぎれやすいので、ゆっくりと啜りましょう。
ネギのシャキシャキがいいアクセントです。
一味や七味を入れて、辛みをつけるのもいいですね。
煮干し出汁と独特な麺の津軽そばをいただけてよかったです。
