こちらも、「青森市？」と思うようなオシャレなダイニングでした。
ワイン&サケルームロケット&カンパニーさん。
絶対に地元の人に連れて行ってもらわなければ絶対にわからなかったぁ。
ほんと、今回の旅はアテンドさんが居てくれて感謝です(*´艸｀)
お店は１階がカウンター席と、２階にテーブル席が。
入口入ると沢山のワインが壁一面にずらりと並んでいます。
店員さんは凄く凄く感じか良くて、女性一人で行く人が多いのも理解できちゃいました。
取りあえずのボトルの白ワイン。
ボトルじゃなくても、グラスで800円位～だいたい飲める感じですかね。
けど、ボトルワインも5000円弱から提供があるので、一人じゃなければそっちの方がお得かもね。
・あんぽ柿と塩麹、チーズの白和え
これ、凄い美味しかったよ～。ワインにも合うし、めちゃくちゃヒット！
・馬肉のカルパッチョ パルミジャーノ
青森はやっぱり馬肉なのかな？とっても柔らかい(*´艸｀)
アルファルファもアクセントになっていて美味しかったし、これは軽めの赤ワインに合う！
・トリッパ
夜、美味しくて温かいものが食べられるのって幸せですよね♪
胃袋も満たしてくれるし、寒いハートも癒してくれます。
楽しくて、この後またワインボトルで空けたりしたけど、夜も遅くまでOPENしてくれていて、気の合う仲間と行きたいお店。
こういうお店知っていると、青森通だね～～。とか言われそう。
けどめちゃオシャレなので、デートにもお勧め♡
