I visited this place until the very end of my trip to Aomori. It is located in a prime location right in front of the rotary (park?) in front of the east exit of Aomori Station, but I don't know the area and got a little lost even with a navigation system in hand. I visited right after the opening at 6pm and entered without a reservation, but it's better to make a reservation. The restaurant has an open kitchen without a counter, so you can see the cooking up close. I was seated by the sink, but they were careful about washing the dishes, so no water splashed on me at all. What I had: ● Oma macro ● Shirako with chrysanthemum sauce ● Terrine de chocolat A glass of sparkling wine, red and white, one each for just over 8,000 yen. The Oma macro was served with Kujo leek, avocado, black olives and miso sauce, and had a pleasant taste. The milt was opened with white sauce, which warmed me up on a cold day and went well with wine. Finally, I had my favorite terrine de chocolat, and my trip to Aomori came to an end. It seems that they also double as a wine shop, but the drinks are priced a bit high.
