らいもんグループ（中華そば ひらこ屋）のサードブランドです。煮干×焼き干し専門店 |
念願のきぼし。なぜか数回、休みに遭遇してしまい縁遠い感じでしたがよくやく入店できました。
わやきぼし（こいくち）と悩みましたが、他店でも濃口系を沢山食べているので、ここではあっさりを選択。透明なスープで煮干しの香りがほんのり、優しい味付けで気が付けばあっという間に完食（スープ完飲）。美味しかったです。
聞くところによると「にはちぼし」を薦める地元の方が多数。次はにはちぼしを堪能したいなと。
