お昼ご飯で訪問、人気店なのは知ってたが、入れるかなぁなんて、11時50分頃に訪問
たまたま、駐車場が一台空いてた。
ラッキー！迷わず入店、待ち客5〜6組、人数にして10〜12人程度、待つ間にスタッフさんがオーダー取りに来てくれる。
なもんで、席は指定される。
待ち時間20分くらい、着席後サーブまで10分程度。思ったより時間かからなかったなぁ

以前ひらこ屋さんでバラそばをオーダーするも
あっさりで酸味が強かったので、こいくちにしてみた。
魚粉の濁りのあるスープで煮干し感たっぷり。
スープはおお〜、酸味をやや感じるが、それを上回る香ばしさ。うん美味しい。
チャーシュー三枚、めんま少々、麺太め。
ガッチリ濃いスープに負けないように太麺なんでしょうね〜。そしてメンマがとても美味しい。
