ひらこやに行ってみたいと思っていたが、営業時間の関係で行けず、探していたらこのお店を発見。
通しで営業しているのは本当に助かる。
店内に入ると煮干しの食欲をそそる香りが充満している。
注文したのは
・わやきぼし(こいくち)大 900円
ネギだく 無料
・にぼ炊き飯 250円
わやきぼし中華そばには数種類の煮干を大量に使い煮干を全面に押し出した濃厚スープ。とのこと。
さて、味はというと確かに説明通り煮干を全面に感じるスープ。麺も太麺で合う。これこれ。これが激にぼです。本当にありがとうございます。
至福の時間でした。
座敷も3つあるので家族連れにも優しいお店。
