平内町産ホタテ料理専門店 |
平内ホタテ活御膳を食べたいと思いコノお店へ。
建物が真新しくて、奇麗でイイですね。
メニューは、養殖ホタテの発祥地なだけあって、ホタテ料理がずらりと並んでいます。
券売機で、平内ホタテ活御膳1800円を購入し、お店の人に渡して、カウンターに陣取りしばし待ちました。
配膳されたのは、活ホタテがのったメインの皿に、ベビーホタテがのせられたお寿司、ホタテの澄まし汁とホタテ尽くしです。
活ホタテは、生でも食べられるそうですが、ステーキ鍋でお好みで焼いても食べあられるとのこと。
とりあえず、野菜をステーキ鍋にのせて焼いていきます。
その間、まずは生でホタテを。
タレは、醤油とバジル風味のタレと、味噌の3つが用意されています。
どれも美味しいですが、味噌が意外と合いますね。
生の次は焼いていただきました。
表面を少し焼いたくらいがイイですね。
お寿司も美味しかったですよ。
