この日のラーメンは青森市内にあるすわさんにお邪魔してきました。10時くらいに到着、駐車場はほぼ満杯、店内も満席でしたが、奥のテーブル席にかろうじて座れました。中華そばを注文します。
5分くらいで中華そばが到着、おもいっきりシンプルですね。まずはスープからあっさりした煮干し味、落ち着います。朝ごはんがてらに食べるのにちょうど良いですね。
麺はコシのある中細の麺で少しウェーブが入ってます。麺の味が結構濃いです。麺の量は普通ですかね。
トッピングはチャーシュー、メンマとなると、豚チャーシューはしっさりしたかみごたえのあるチャーシューでしたよ。醤油味でした。メンマは細目で柔らかさは普通です。ナルトは一枚です。
とにかくシンプルな一杯でした。煮干しの旨味がしっかり感じる。美味しい中華そばだったと思います。
