日曜日の夜の部開始と同時に来店。
私の前に一名でその後もう一名と計3名になりました。
見た目と違って店内はコンクリート打ちっぱなしで現代的な雰囲気と、
二郎にありがちな小汚さは皆無ですね。
【駐車場情報】
専用無し。

※ニンニク、ヤサイ、アブラ、タレは全て普通でお願いしました。
スープ
適度な乳化具合のスープはカエシが下に溜まっているので必ず掻き回してからにした方が良い。
それでもかなり塩辛いので『うすめ』にすれば良かった。
麺
平打ちと言うより長方形に極太カットされた加水低目の硬めな麺。
二郎直系と言うよりインスパイア系の『蓮爾』に近い感じだが
あそこまで極端に硬くはない。
豚
ゴロッとした分厚い豚は硬めの煮豚系。
味は普通ですが脂が凄いのでそれだけ残してしまった。
ヤサイ
シャキ感の有る生に近いモヤシが99%
一片のみキャベツ。
【総評】
二郎三田本店が最近600円→700円に値上げしたが、
川越や首都圏の二郎はだいたい900円なので高くて驚いた。
青森で二郎インスパイア系としては悪くないとは思うが、
大を注文する人以外はCP悪いと思ってしまいますね。
あと、青森県で駅から離れているのに専用駐車場が無いのもどうかなと思う。
まぁ不自由はしないけどなんだかね。
