比内地鶏・会津地鶏・新得地鶏・博多地鶏の4種地鶏と国産豚の清湯スープ
醤油は青森・秋田・兵庫の生揚げ多種と本醸造濃口醤油を用いタレ化
これらによる“鶏と水”風の奥行きマックス鶏醤油ラーメン✨
春よ恋・はるきらり・きたほなみ等用いた自家製の麺は約1x1.5mm断面の多加水ストレート細麺
しなやかな麺肌に地鶏の旨味が完全憑依し流石の旨さ
具材は、チャーシュー、わんたん、味玉、材木メンマ、ネギ
チャーシューは青森・やまざきポークバラ＆モモの炭火焼き、鶏むねレアチャーシュー
