美味しくてびっくりです。
推し活動。推しの青森LIVE参戦のためにやつてきた青森でのブランチ。
ググって見つけた美味しそうなダイナー。
青森といえば海鮮ですが、ここはあえてハンバーガー屋さんに来てみました。
大大正解でした。
お店の内外装もお洒落なアメリカンダイナー完璧です。
ベーコンチーズバーガーのベーコンはやばすぎです。分厚くてジューシーで長い！バンズからどれだけはみ出てるのって感じ。
塩味もきいてるから美味しすぎ。
パテは荒ミンチでゴロゴロ感がすごいです。
ソースにとろけたチーズが絡んでまろやかになり、ベーコンとお肉のソルト&ペッパーとちょうど良くマッチ。
また、特筆すべきがバンズです。
私好みの少し甘めでカリカリサクサク。
もう全てが完璧。
青森価格なのかな。これで2,000円はびっくりです。
そして、私史上1、2番のお店です。
百名店になるべきお店でだと思います。
出会えたことに感謝です。
