美味しい魚にこだわりのあるお店です。
お寿司の10貫盛り合わせ、泪巻き、納豆巻きは定番の美味しさ。
泪巻きのワサビもしっかりと効いておるけど、過剰ではなく美味しさも感じられてなかなかいい感じです。
そして、今回最も興味深かったのは、まぼろしの黒幻魚の干物と書いてあった一品。
深海魚を干物にしたものらしく、ししゃものような感じだけど、乾き物の硬さと、内臓のほろ苦さが独特な味わいでした。
