青森出張のお土産は新青森駅の旬味館内にあるシュトラウスさんのカシスケーキを買ってきました。
以前にもこちらの焼き立てアップルパイをいただき美味しかったので期待大です。
冷たくして食べると美味しいケーキとのことで、購入後しばらく冷凍していましたが、気温もだいぶ暑くなってきたので解凍していただきました。
カシスケーキは長さ17cm、重さは約500g程あります。青森市産とフランス産のカシスを使用した甘酸っぱいカシスムースの中には、バニラビーンズ入りのバニラババロアがサンドされています。下に敷かれたチョコスポンジとサイドにデコレーションされたチョコレートが甘酸っぱいカシスと調和して美味しかったです。
