子供達との帰省中の最後の外食はこちら。初訪問。
みなさんラーメンが食べたいというので、市内はラーメン店がめちゃ多いのですが、駅からも比較的近いしマイレビ様のレビューが決め手に。
何度か移転した過去があるようですね。
今のお店は新しく感じます。
ワンタン麺大に生卵をトッピングしても830円。
小サイズや中サイズ、特大サイズもあって、子供から大人まで家族の胃袋に合わせてポチれるのがありがたい。
子供達はラーメン中をポチ。
見た目は私が子供の頃から見てきた津軽地方のラーメンの原風景。
細目でチリチリ、ワンタンは黄色がかっていてピロピロ。
油はほとんど浮いてないから、動物系はほとんど入ってなくて、基本は焼き干しの出汁なんじゃないかな？
チャーシューも脂身少なめです。
これこれ、コレが津軽のノスタルジックラーメン。
今は地元にもいろんなスタイルのラーメンがあるから、むしろ久しぶりに会うことができた新鮮さがある。
少し味が濃いと感じたけど、生卵を割って溶かすといいバランス。津軽ラーメンに生卵は初めてだけど、悪くないな。
都内にある激ニボ系とは真逆のニボラーです。
メニューボタンで気になったのが100円！のお試しラーメン。なんだコレは！
