青森市長島にあった名店からのれん分けをしてオープンしたという話は前々から聞いていましたが、中々訪問する機会がなかったので今回初めて訪問しました「丸海鳴海」さんです。券売機で「濃い口中華そば大」800円をポチリ。食券を渡してカウンターへ案内され待つことしばし。平日の13:00すぎでもほぼ満席状態です。しばらくして着丼。トッピングはネギ、メンマ、チャーシューが2枚。まずはスープを一口。澄んだ色のスープは煮干しのやさしい味がします。少し酸味があります。おじさん個人的にはもっとしょっぱくてもいいです。卓上に「たれ」があるのでこれを入れればよいということ。麺は細麺を注文したのですが、他店の中太ストレート麺と同じ感じです。ツルツルと食べ応えがあります。チャーシューは大きいのが2枚、とてもやわらかに仕上げてあります。あっという間にスープまで飲み干して完食です。ごちそう様でした。いつも煮干しドロドロ系を食べているので、たまにはこういうやさしい煮干しラーメンもありですね。今度は背脂にしようかな…。また来ます。ちなみに木曜日が定休日らしいです。
