太麺が太い。食べ応え抜群。
この太麺が有名とのことで頼んでみました。
なかなかの太さ。でもしっかりちょうど良く茹でられていて、飽きることなく食べれました。
チャーシュー丼も山盛りで美味しかったのですが、一見するとシーチキン丼かと思うくらい細かかったので、少しこぼしそうになりました笑

『濃口中華』の太麺にしました。
優しい濃口スープと、うどんにも見えそうな太麺。
噛み応えもあって、美味しい。
チャーシューも、ホロホロで柔らかく、
あっという間に完食し、濃口とうたっていても飲みやすいスープなので、飲み干しました。
