この日の一軒目は青森駅の近くにある煮干しラーメンのお店にお邪魔しました。お店の駐車場はないみたいです。近くの駐車場に車を止めて、お店に向かいます。
しかし、青森駅変わりましたね。
店内に入ると８割くらいの埋まりです今回は背脂煮干しを注文して、カウンター席に座ります。
注文から５分程度でラーメンが到着、焦げ茶色に白い塊、白い塊が背脂みたいです。この盛り方は見たことがないですね。
さてスープを一口、最初からパンチの効いた煮干し味、後からしょっぱさ。
うん 旨い(^^)
青森市内にある煮干しラーメン屋さんの中でもトップクラスに旨い、ですね。
背脂を混ぜると甘くなります。背脂の甘みかな、あと背脂の弾力がかなりありますよ。
麺は青森煮干しのよくある中太の麺、弾力が良いですよ。どうも細麺もあるみたいですね。次に試してみようかな。
トッピングはチャーシュー、メンマ、味玉、海苔と背脂です。チャーシューは脂身が無くて、しっかりした噛みごたえがありましたよ。肉の味と醤油味がしっかりしてますね。メンマはしっとり、味玉は硬めでしたよ。
さて美味しい煮干しラーメンでしたね。食べてる間に満席になって待ちが出来てました。夏場にはつけ麺があるようなので、次は夏に来てみたいと思います。
