麺はほぼうどんw
弾力のある好みな麺。
他のお客さんのが見えたのが細かったので
恐らくそれが細麺。
でも一般的は中太くらいだと思われる。
お魚風味が強いスープ
ﾁｬｰｼｭｰはしっとりとして濃いめの味付け。
また背脂は癖のないもの。
平仮名｢まるかい｣とはまた違う感じで楽しめた。
機会があればまた食べたい、美味しかった。

ばっけ=ふきのとう
ふきのとう、みそ、調味料の和え物。
黒ごまがまぶしてあり
ふんわりおにぎりをパクリと食べると、
黒ごまと、ふきのとうの風味を感じる。
すぐあとから苦味とささやかながらの味噌が感じる。
恐らくお子ちゃまには無理な苦味。
個人的に好みで美味しかった。
