ランチで伺いました。券売機で背脂中華を選択。
麺は太麺で。先代同様旨みがとても少なくチャーシューの塩味でなんとか補うといった感じ。
この3種混合のスープは特にイマイチかな？濃口醤油の方がいいかも。
