本日息子が映画を観に行くというので、お父さん時間潰しのブランチラーメン。二時間かかるので合えてちょっと遠目のぜくうさんにいってきました。
煮干しお店のようですが、いつも通り気になってた味噌ラーメンいきます。11時ちょい前到着で混雑はまだ大丈夫でした。食券購入してお姉さんに渡しカウンターへ。店内広めですね。まもなくラーメン到着。きれいな盛り付けでおいしそうです。スープはとろり系でそんなに濃くはないかな？麺は中太ストレート。
中盤で一味と辣油を投入。味噌ラーメンのお店ではないので、ニンニク、豆板醤、生姜などはありません。
ちょっとニンニクいれたかったなぁ。
こちらは家族連れでも入れる大丈夫ですよ。(ちっちゃい椅子とか取り皿あります)
辛い煮干しきになるなぁ。ごちそうさまでした。
