新青森駅に早目に到着して、乗る予定の新幹線まで、45分あったので、時間潰しをする場所を探していて、良さげなお洒落なカフェを見つけました。
このお店は、2020.6.5に、コロナ禍の中、オープンしたそうです。元々地元ではコーヒー専門店として実績のある、鰺ヶ沢にある「水と森のコーヒー」が新青森駅に、2店舗目を開業したそうです。
確かに香りと味がとても良くて美味しいコーヒーでした。
何より新幹線待ちの時間、ゆっくり美味しいコーヒーを飲みながら時間調整しながらゆっくりできる場所があるのは嬉しいですね。
