昨日に行ったラーメン屋さんで煮干しラーメンが美味しいみたいですね。ホテル街に近いので、泊まった時には使いやす位置にあるかも、駐車場は無いのでコインパーキングに車を停めて店内に入ります。
店内はラーメン屋と言うよりは喫茶店ですね。
テーブル着いて、メニューを見るとランチの煮干しラーメンを発見、小なら550円、並でも600円は安い、大は650円でした。小と100円でチャーハンを注文します。安いですね。
さて五分ほどでラーメンとチャーハンのおにぎりが到着、ラーメンは澄んだ醤油色のスープでした。まずはスープを一口、あっさりした味の煮干しが効いたスープでしょっぱさは控えめですね。
麺は中太の縮れが入った麺でかなりもっちりした食べ応えでコシがありますね。噛みごたえがかなりありました。
トッピングのチャーシュー、メンマは味付け醤油の濃い目です。チャーシューは脂身が少なくて柔らかい、メンマはしっかりした硬さがありました。
後はお麩がスープを吸って美味しかったです。
食べてる間に沢山の若い人が入って来ましたが、ある意味納得でしたね。この値段でこれからもやってほしいですね。
