激辛メニューは味噌のみだったので味噌らーめんを平麺で注文。着丼するも激辛？と思っていると、よく混ぜて召し上がってくださいね、とお店の方。チャーシューをめくると辛いのがありました♪パイタン煮干しラーメンに辛味噌と唐辛子がトッピングされている様です。泡立つスープがエグミやクセがなく旨っ。しっかり辛くて美味しかったです。
