本日はこちらまで。朝ラーです。
昨年のオープンから狙ってたのですが、やっと来れました。
8:00で先客1人。
ウリのメニューはやはりこちらかな？

･鳥中華
･めんたいこ飯
サーブ。
三つ葉の香りがブワーッときます。少し強すぎるかな。
スープをズズーッ。トンガリが無くまろやかな甘味のある和風出汁スープ。何となくこの出汁の取り方は店主和食出身の方じゃないでしょうかね？でもちょっと上品にまとめすぎかと。もう少し鶏油(ﾁｰﾕ)とか効かせてもいいんじゃないでしょうか。
麺は平ウェーブ。茹で加減は丁度いいが、今一つ印象に残らない。
具は鶏肉、葱、三つ葉、海苔、天かす。多く乗ってるのは嬉しいが、とにかく三つ葉の香りが強くて他の具が目立たない。鶏肉まで負けてる。
味、香り共にもっと鶏感が欲しい鳥中華でした。
ご飯は明太子がたっぷり乗って美味。沢庵も付いてきます。
CPは値付けを抑えて頑張っていると思います。

さて、ここ最近青森県内でも山形の鳥中華を意識したメニューを提供するお店がチラホラ見えておりますが、暑くなると冷たい鳥中華も出してくれるかしらん？個人的に山形の鳥中華ならば冷たいメニューの方が好みなもので。キンッ！と冷えたのを食べたいけどな～。
