青森方面に用事があら、やや時間に余裕があるのでちょっと足を伸ばしてこちらまで。
煮干しと鳥中華があるらしい。煮干しのお店はたくさんあるが鳥中華ってそんなに多くない、だから鳥中華をオーダー！
スタッフさん、挨拶が優しい感じ。
店内すごく混んでたのに、ずっと優しい感じの接客でした。(o^^o)ｳﾚｼｲ
鳥中華は、和風のお出汁で、天かすや三つ葉が入ってる。あっさり目でコクを感じる醤油ベースのスープでした。
食べ進めると、三つ葉の香りがふわっと鼻に入る
なんか、上品な家庭的スープって感じ。
なんで、胡椒より、七味が合う。
入れてみたらお蕎麦みたいになった(｡-_-｡)
でも、とっても美味しかったです。
