This time as well, we sat at the counter and had draft beer, Japanese sake, and dishes such as tsubu-ni and wakame seaweed, shallow homemade mackerel sashimi, Aomori sea bream, and Beef Cutlet. Fish dishes are the main dish, but Meat Dishes are also delicious. For sake, we received AKABU F, Takachiyo 59% flat polished rice Aizan, Tenbi Junmai Daiginjo Nama Genshu, and Fudo Honjozo Koshu. Shiki no Ajiichi opened in February and specializes in Japanese Japanese-style meal and sake. In the same building is Satoya. We had seasonal dishes and Japanese sake. First up is Miura Sake Brewery's Toyo Sake Special Junmai Freshly Squeezed Raw. The appetizer is Vinegared dish sea mouse with sesame oil flavor. The sashimi platter includes medium-sized tuna, red sea bream, golden sea bream, and octopus. It's thick, fresh, and delicious. Cod Tempura. The second cup is Mimurosugi Hanakyun Junmai Ginjo unfiltered raw sake. Grilled duck and bamboo shoots with Tosa soy sauce. The third cup is Fudo Junmai Daiginjo Akita Sake Komachi Nama Genshu. The food and drinks are great. It's a nice shop with semi-private rooms and a hori-kotatsu-style raised floor.
