八甲田ホテル
1泊目の夕食
異常な青森の熱い夏ですが八甲田は陽が落ちると一気に涼しくなります。
19時に予約した私は温泉入浴後に1Fレストランに向かいました。
広い店内は満席に近いようです。
席に着き飲み物のメニューを見ていると火照った身体に心地よい風。
どうやらエアコンではなく窓から風のようです。
流石八甲田ならではです。
ホールスタッフが数々のお客様に手際良くサーブ…久々に見る光景です。
料理は素材が素晴らしく勿論美味いです。
ウニが苦手だった私はこちらで克服した位です。
サザエのブルギニオン、こんなシルバーを使用するのは初めてです。
今回目を引いたのはウナギのポワレ。
こちらは噂で聞いていた小川原湖産の鰻、皮がパリパリにまで焼かれ非常に美味しかったです。
シェフの丁寧な仕事、想いを感じる料理でした。
