弘前城の夜桜見物の前に夕食を終えようと食べログで予約。
移動時間が読めず開店時間の１５分前に着いたが、店は開いており、ご厚意で中で待たせてもらった。
食事はシェフのおすすめコースを事前に予約しており、どの料理も気が利いており、ソースが美味しい。
最後のデザートまで楽しませてもらった。
このコースで５５００円は格安で大満足。
残念なのはワインリストにあるノンアルのシャンパンが欠品で、かえって高価な個別ボトルを２本注文させられたこと。
店のミスなのだから、同じ金額にするなどの気遣いが欲しい。
