人気の創業1995年の完全予約制のフレンチレストランです。

「レストランポルトブラン」のアップルパイは「「弘前アップルパイガイドマップ」（第15版2022.2月）で
初掲載されました。 ここのアップルパイはサクサクのパイ生地の中にキャラメリゼされたほろ苦い
藤崎町産のりんごのペーストがぎっしり入った大人味。
お酒とかは入っておらず、ただ、ただ、どっしり、しっとりしていて、食べ応えがありました。
他店のアップルパイの倍くらいの大きさがあるのでお値段も相応だと思いました。
